stroll along

I have been writing for as long as I can remember myself. Well, this is actually a truthful statement for the majority of people… You see it’s usually difficult to remember much from the time that you hadn’t yet learned how to write… 😉

Kidding aside, if you look through my computer folders you will probably discover a dozen or so attempts to writε a book, dated back when I was 17 or something. Then you will also find hundreds of lyrics for songs, other completed and other half-written. So it’s easy to understand that writing has been and still is a really big thing for me. I have actually completed one book in 2015, in Greek, which has not yet made its way to any bookstore you may have heard of. It’s actually gloriously unpublished! But then, who cares?

The pursuit of a published book is not for the faint-hearted and it definitely does not end that easily. So, this time I took it upon myself to write a book, in English, but in parts. My way. So, through my Medium profile, I started posting short stories (10-11 minutes of a read) which are connected, each one being the continuation of the previous one, forming a chain of “chapters” that will hopefully allow me to reach a full-blown book at some point!

So, its title is “stroll along” and first chapter was published on 22/12, the second one following on 30/12, expecting the third one, well, tomorrow! My aim is to publish one chapter each week, on a Friday, reaching a total of 30something chapters. The book is not 100% fiction but it’s also not my life. It’s a mix of a little bit of everything, brought together with a strong dose of imagination.

I hope you’ll enjoy it! 😉

PS: Any publishers lining up, hello to you too! 😉
